“Morpheus the owner and founder of San Luis Finest STARBOARD DIVING RESORT got his name from the God of dreams. Mostly all that he got from his achievements and possessions are merely just his dreams that turned into reality through his perseverance, hard work and prayers. He always wanted to have his own little resort since he is really into diving. One sunny day he was diving in the waters of San Luis Batangas with some of his diving buddies, he saw a bushfy piece of mountain, a Forest land that he thought would have a great potential to be a diving resort.Looking at it from a distance, he thought the impossibilities of converting that into a diving resort having no right of way to send tractors and heavy construction machines. It only proves that there is nothing impossible with a full heart that is really wanting.It took 3 years of manual construction to build the entire resort. A man made resort was built in February of 2022 year of God. STARBOARD DIVING RESORT is equipped with full amenities not only meant for diving but a complete leisure and relaxation to your entire family, friends, team buildings, etc. As it has 3 pools that are explicit and instagrammable having an ocean view. San Luis is also known to have the best sunset view in the South. For those that support environmentally friendly projects and places, this is your place. STARBOARD DIVING RESORT is declared by the local government of Batangas to be a Fish Sanctuary supporting coral reefs and Marine preservation.The architecture of the whole resort is made of Eco Blocks, Eco Pavers and Eco Bricks, all partly composed of 5 to 10 percent reusable plastics that is of high quality having 816 PSI compressive strength compared to an ordinary hollow block.
